Strength Building Beneath The Surface

Over the last two weeks, we have started to see a change in character with strength building across the indexes and individual stocks. First, we have seen some accumulation on the Russell 2000, S&P 500 and Nasdaq Composite. The sharp decline in early April saw massive volume come in which most likely was capitulation. Now, we have seen theses indexes retake their 20-day moving averages without any major distribution taking place.

In addition, we have started to see strong action in individual stocks, namely in PLTR, HOOD, UBER, CRWD, TTWO, SPOT, and NFLX. This is an excellent sign that funds and institutions are starting to broaden out to more risker names. This coupled with a potential FED cut with a backdrop of bearish sentiment bodes well for general trading conditions.

Finally, MSTR and Bitcoin held up incredibly well during March and April and look like they are setting up with massive opportunities. The post-halving year is usually exceptionally strong for Bitcoin it’s looking like the fun is about to begin.

Risk right. Sit tight.
Full Disclosure: I currently own Bitcoin / IBIT, PLTR, HOOD, UBER & SPOT.
